Justin’s background in health and wellbeing started with an early career in the world of Tennis where he was an up and coming playing that took him across to the USA until injury forced him to re-evaluate his career, he became passionate about human function and rehabilitation and re-educated himself and became a successful personal trainer specialising in functional movement.

Over the years Justin’s has worked with business professionals, actors from stage and screen, music moguls and DJ’s and professional dancers within the world of ballroom and Latin and found himself travelling between London and Hong Kong to help his clients achieve optimal physical function to help them achieve their goals

With of 20 years studying martial arts Hong Kong was a natural place for Justin but found he missed London and moved back.

Back in London Justin wanted to make a difference and began applying his knowledge to help children and worked for many years in paediatric private practice to help improve the physical boundaries caused by either physical or neurological impairments within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

This led Justin the opportunity to work between London and Barhain helping many families and children improve their outcome for physical attainment.

Today Justin has the ability to cross reference his wealth of knowledge to be able to really evaluate how best he can help his patients leading a healthy balanced life with energy and vitality without being in pain and discomfort.
